Train Like a Master

Cellar Dreams Master Class format is a low commitment, but very focused look at a single subject. In other words, these classes are designed for the serious wine lover! Subjects include regional studies in the wines of France, Italy and Spain. Over the course of 1.5 – 2 hours, you’ll explore terroir, gain a firm understanding of the growing and winemaking techniques that define the wine, and taste your way through the region.
